Work
← Agboola BoluwatifeI focus on building products that genuinely help organizations. Simple, reliable and designed to solve real problems in a way that feels natural for the teams and users who depend on them.
1159 Realty
At 1159 Realty, I worked on a full enterprise system built to connect every department in the company and eliminate the operational friction they faced when managing properties. My focus was on building a stable and scalable backend using NestJS and enhancing the frontend experience with Next.js. This system became the core tool the team relied on to vet, track, and manage properties across Nigeria and for clients in the diaspora.
One of the most impactful parts of my work was implementing a smart visibility algorithm that automatically determined which property posts stayed active and which ones should retire. This helped the business highlight quality listings, reduced manual overhead, and kept the platform relevant without the daily struggle of weeding out stale data.
I also shaped the architecture for the next version of the platform, improving both scalability and clarity for international clients who needed real time visibility, seamless navigation, and faster access to investment data. By using Server Side Rendering and Static Site Generation in Next.js, I improved load time, boosted search visibility, and strengthened user engagement across the platform.
A major milestone was building an automated KYC and verification workflow. Before this, the team handled identity verification manually through scattered documents and back and forth communication. I replaced this with a structured flow powered by role based approvals. Each department had clear verification steps, and the system handled the movement of user documents from submission to final approval. This helped reduce hidden risks, improved compliance, and gave the team a reliable way to validate user identities end to end.
On the backend, I improved database query performance, refined API structures, and strengthened payment flows, especially around transaction logging where accuracy matters most. This ensured a consistent experience for both internal teams and external users.
Throughout the project, I collaborated closely with product managers and backend teams to bring features to life quickly while staying aligned with the business goals. I also maintained strong reliability by writing unit, integration, and end to end tests that helped catch issues before they reached production.
The results were clear. User engagement increased by forty percent, API response time dropped by thirty percent, and the platform maintained ninety nine point nine percent uptime. The work I did at 1159 Realty directly supported the company’s growth and gave the internal team a system they could trust every day.
Erudyte
At Erudyte, I played a pivotal role in the development and optimization of our web platform aimed at improving student performance through dynamic learning tools. I was responsible for designing and building responsive web applications using React.js and Next.js, ensuring our platform was intuitive, highly performant, and optimized for various devices and browsers.
A significant accomplishment was creating reusable components and frontend libraries that contributed to the platform’s scalability. This helped reduce development time for new features and ensured consistency across the user interface. By leveraging Server-Side Rendering (SSR) and Static Site Generation (SSG) with Next.js, I boosted both SEO and performance, providing users with fast, reliable access to learning resources.
Working in close collaboration with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers, I was able to bridge the gap between the creative vision and technical execution. My leadership extended to mentoring junior engineers and performing code reviews, ensuring that we adhered to high coding standards and best practices.
I also spearheaded efforts to optimize application performance, resolving bottlenecks that affected user experience. This included integrating API-driven content and researching emerging technologies like GraphQL to ensure that our platform remained cutting-edge. I actively participated in Agile methodologies, including sprint planning and retrospectives, which helped maintain timely delivery and high-quality standards.
Additionally, I took ownership of the testing lifecycle, writing unit, integration, and end-to-end tests with tools like Jest, Cypress, and Testing Library. By doing so, I helped ensure that our applications met strict security and accessibility guidelines, including WCAG compliance, while maintaining a seamless, user-friendly experience.
Coronation
At Coronation Group, I was part of a high-performing team focused on delivering secure, scalable, and investor-friendly digital experiences. I contributed to the frontend architecture of Coronation’s financial platform, leveraging Next.js to build performant and SEO-optimized interfaces tailored to the needs of portfolio managers, retail investors, and institutional users.
I translated complex financial products into intuitive user flows by closely aligning UI components with investment logic and business objectives. Working alongside the product and compliance teams, I helped implement key user journeys—from onboarding to asset tracking—ensuring clarity, consistency, and regulatory alignment across all touchpoints.
Data presentation and visual clarity were essential in showcasing dynamic fund performance, insurance coverage, and portfolio analytics. I used React Server Components, SSG, and API-bound components to deliver real-time updates while minimizing load times. Accessibility and responsive behavior were core to our frontend standards, ensuring all users—regardless of device or ability—could confidently engage with Coronation’s offerings.
I actively contributed to our modular codebase using Tailwind CSS, maintained rigorous Git workflows, and participated in code reviews focused on refactorability and industry compliance. Our team emphasized frontend resilience and security, embedding best practices to protect sensitive financial information on every screen interaction.
Abamade
At Abamade, I was instrumental in shaping the digital infrastructure that powers its multi-tiered e-commerce platform—connecting manufacturers, wholesalers, and end-users. My work focused on building a secure, scalable, and intuitive frontend experience that supported real-time financial interactions and product engagements.
A key highlight of my role was the integration of a secure financial wallet, tailored for commercial use across diverse user segments. I implemented encrypted APIs for payment handling, embedded data protection mechanisms aligned with PCI and NDPR standards, and collaborated with backend engineers to safeguard transaction integrity. This feature transformed the Abamade interface into a trusted financial layer for B2B and B2C commerce.
I architected responsive, high-performance interfaces using React.js, Vue.js, and Next.js, applying both SSR and SSG techniques to boost SEO and reduce load times for heavy catalog pages. For complex state handling, I used Redux, Zustand, and Context API depending on the module scope and rendering strategy.
Beyond code, I was deeply involved in roadmapping the MVP, working hand-in-hand with designers, stakeholders, and engineers to define core user flows, accelerate decision-making, and deploy a functional prototype under tight timelines.
I promoted a culture of continuous improvement, bringing in testing frameworks, linting pipelines, and modular CSS strategies to increase velocity and reduce regressions. I also took the lead on cross-functional grooming sessions and sprint demos, ensuring business goals translated seamlessly into clean, maintainable code.

Torchgateway LTD
As a Web Developer Intern at TorchGateway Ltd, I was involved in developing and maintaining dynamic web applications with a focus on both frontend and backend functionality. I worked extensively with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React to create responsive user interfaces.
On the backend, I utilized PHP to handle server-side logic and database operations, while also using AJAX to enable seamless data communication between the client and server without page reloads. This allowed for a more interactive and efficient user experience.
I collaborated with senior developers to implement new features, resolve bugs, and optimize performance. I also engaged in testing, debugging, and version control using Git, while participating in agile practices including sprint planning and stand-ups.
This experience deepened my understanding of full-stack development, asynchronous communication, and modern web workflows.
